Dosage / Directions
Take a cup (200ml) of lukewarm or cold milk or water. Add 1-2 leveled scoops of Nutrilife and stir well. Add sugar if desired for additional sweetness, stir well before drinking. Nutrilife is versatile and can be incorporated into milkshakes, juices, soups, and even flour.
