Dosage / Directions
Mix 10 to 15ml (2 to 3 teaspoonful) with twice the quantity of (4-6 tsf.) water and take on empty stomach/before meals, morning and evening, or as directed by physician. Maintaining a healthy diet, exercise, life style and- for women- a regular monthly cycle is a pre-requisite for thyroid health.
